Biography
Ms. Tetriani received her Bachelor of Music degree from The Juilliard School and her Master of Music in Opera from The Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. Following her studies, she launched an acclaimed international career as an opera singer, hailed by Opernwelt magazine as “one of Europe’s most exciting talents.” She has performed leading roles with major opera houses worldwide, in roles such as Madama Butterfly, Liu in Turandot, Norma, Mimì in La Bohème, and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, among many others. Her career has taken her from Paris’s Théâtre du Châtelet to Seattle Opera, Wexford Festival Opera, and beyond.
With over twenty years of teaching experience, Ms. Tetriani has guided countless singers in their artistic journeys. She also brings extensive experience producing concerts, recitals, and fully staged shows, giving her students unique opportunities to perform in professional-level settings.
She is the founder of Voice Performance Studio NYC, where she shares her passion for artistry, technique, and self-expression through a holistic program that includes regular performance opportunities to build confidence and stage presence. In addition, she founded Summer Vocal Arts and the musical theater program at the Brooklyn Music School, which has been running and growing since 2013. Her teaching combines the artistry of a world-class performer with the vision of a producer and the insight of a dedicated mentor — inspiring singers to discover their own unique voices, both in the studio and on stage.
